About e-Collect
e-Collect is a web-based platform for identifying, buying, and selling antique items — built to connect collectors, enthusiasts, and sellers in a secure and transparent digital marketplace. Every listing goes through admin review, every order is tracked from pickup to delivery, and every concern is heard through a formal complaint and dispute process.
Our Mission
Preserving history, one authenticated antique at a time
Antiques carry more than material value — they hold personal and cultural history. e-Collect exists to make that history easier to trust: admin-reviewed listings protect buyers from misrepresented items, reference-based identification helps collectors learn about pieces with unclear origins, and a transparent transaction system keeps every sale accountable from order to delivery.

Who Uses e-Collect
Two roles, one marketplace
Individual
Any registered user can browse, buy, and sell antiques on e-Collect. Individuals can list items for sale, place orders, submit identification requests, respond to fellow collectors, and file complaints about their own transactions.
Rider
Riders are assigned to confirmed orders and handle delivery from pickup to hand-off, updating the status so buyers can track their item along the way.
Provenance Guide
What makes a listing trustworthy
When listing an antique, sellers are asked to include clear photographs, a written history of the item, and any documentation of previous ownership. This provenance record helps buyers judge authenticity before purchase and gives administrators what they need to review a listing before it's approved. The clearer the provenance, the more trust a listing earns from the community.
Complaints & Disputes
When something goes wrong
If an order arrives damaged, misrepresented, or doesn't match its listing, buyers can file a formal complaint directly from their order page. An administrator reviews every case and works with both the buyer and seller toward a fair resolution.
